Terms
Last updated: 22 October 2026
These terms apply when you buy and use few few. In short: you pay once, you get one licence for one phone, updates are included, and you can get a full refund within 14 days.
1. Who sells few few
few few is made by Anthony Maison (see the legal notice). Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Paddle’s own buyer terms apply to the payment.
2. What you buy
- A licence to use few few on one Android phone (Android 10 or newer), for as long as you use that phone.
- Updates included, installed automatically.
- You can move the licence to another phone: use Remove few few in the parent settings of the old phone, then set up the new one. Lost or broken phone? Write to us and we’ll free the licence.
The licence is personal: one QR code sets up one phone. Sharing it doesn’t give others a working phone, and we may cancel a licence that is clearly being resold or shared.
3. Price and payment
The price is shown on the website, VAT included. You pay once: there is no subscription. During the launch offer, few few costs €29 instead of €39.
4. Delivery
Right after payment, you receive an email with your personal QR code and licence code. Nothing after ten minutes? Check your spam folder, then write to us.
5. Before you buy: compatibility
few few needs an Android phone with Android 10 or newer, reset to factory settings, with Wi-Fi during setup. Some phones or networks behave differently: please make a test call with your child’s SIM card before the reset (see the setup guide). If few few doesn’t work on your phone, ask for a refund (section 6).
6. Refunds
You can get a full refund within 14 days of your purchase, without giving a reason. See Refunds. When a purchase is refunded, its licence is cancelled: at its next daily check, the phone turns child mode off.
7. What few few does, and doesn’t
- few few limits a phone to calls and texts with the people you choose. It helps, but it doesn’t replace your attention as a parent.
- Calls, texts, emergency calls and location depend on the phone, the mobile network and the SIM card. We can’t guarantee that they always work.
- The mobile operator’s voicemail is outside few few: blocked callers may leave a message unless you turn voicemail off.
8. Your part
- Use few few on a phone you own, for your own child or a child in your care.
- Keep your parent code to yourself: it opens the parent settings and requests the phone’s location.
- Use the location feature only to know where your child is.
9. Liability
We do our best to make few few reliable, and we fix problems as fast as we can. Within the limits allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect damage, or for problems caused by the phone, the network or how the phone is used. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under the law of your country.
10. Changes and applicable law
We may update these terms; the version shown at the time of your purchase applies to it. These terms are governed by French law, without depriving you of the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live. If something goes wrong, write to us first at hello@fewfew.io: we’ll find a solution together.
